UMIDIGI Bison 2 Pro- Hard As Stone!
UMIDIGI is going to be a new brand and its smartphones haven’t been launched in India yet. Even if it’s going to be launched, we Indians would be having a lot of expectations from this rugged smartphone.
The Bison 2 Pro is an upgraded version of the Bison 2 smartphone, and I suppose it’s going to be good in terms of performance. In this blog, we are going to discuss the specifications of this smartphone.
As you know, these UMIDIGI devices are quite tough. Starting with the display, the smartphone has a 6.5" FHD+ screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. MediaTek Helio P90, an octa-core chipset, powers the UMIDIGI Bison 2 Pro.
It has an 8GB of RAM capacity. A 6,150mAh battery powers the Android 12 operating system of the UMIDIGI Bison 2 Pro. The Bison 2 Pro is compatible with specialized rapid charging.
The UMIDIGI Bison 2 Pro’s triple camera system has a 48MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 16MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture on the back. For portraits, it features a solitary frontal camera arrangement with a 24MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. This camera seems to have all the potential, and the image quality is going to be decent.
Based on Android 12, the Bison 2 Pro has 256GB of onboard memory that can be increased by a microSD card up to 512GB by a dedicated card slot. So you don’t have to worry about the storage on this device. I feel it’s going to be sufficient. What do you think?
This is a dual-SIM smartphone. Moreover, it weighs 280 grams and has dimensions of 172.07 x 83.82 x 12.90mm. It has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
The UMIDIGI Bison 2 Pro has Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and 4G networking capabilities. The smartphone has a fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, proximity sensor, gyroscope, barometer, compass/magnetometer, and ambient light sensor. This smartphone comes with a lot of connectivity options.
What do you guys think this smartphone by UMIDIGI is going to launch in India? If yes, would it be able to take its place in the Indian smartphone market? Would it be competent enough to handle all the tasks?
