Infinix has always been manufacturing budget smartphones and that too at a reasonable cost. The all-new Infinix Zero 5G is one of them and was launched back in the second week of February this year. If you are planning to purchase this device, you must look through this blog. We will be discussing its technical specifications and sharing my personal opinion regarding this smartphone as well.

Design & Display

Starting with the design, it’s very sleek. It’s got a glass front and the backside is made up of good quality plastic. It is featured by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of display, it meters a 6.78-inch IPS LCD since it offers better viewing angles, with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and an 88.1% screen-to-body ratio. It has a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz to enhance the overall experience. It is slightly on the heavier side in terms of weight since it weighs 199 grams.

Triple-Camera Setup At The Rear

It comes with a triple-camera setup along with a Quad-LED flash. It is also capable of recording 4K videos at 30 frames per second. Digging deep into the camera specifications, it contains a 48-megapixel wide sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. This triple-camera setup can record 4K videos at 30 frames per second.

A 13-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.5 aperture together with 2x optical zoom. With the help of this lens, you could make a photographic subject appear closer than it is and a 2-megapixel tertiary camera. Additional features include HDR and panorama.

Selfie Camera

It comes with a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and dual-LED flash for taking picture-perfect selfies. Apart from that, the front camera is also capable of recording 1080 pixels of videos at 30 frames per second.

Processor and Operating System

It operates on XOS 10 based on Android 11 and packs an octa-core 5G processor, MediaTek Dimensity 900. You can play heavy games on high settings without any hiccups.

Storage

It features 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A dedicated MicroSD card slot has been provided. You are capable of expanding the internal storage space up to 256GB.

Battery

It packs in an enormous 5000mAh battery. The best part is that it comes with a 33W fast charging support.

Connectivity Options

Speaking of its connectivity, it comes with a dual Nano-SIM. Furthermore, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, and USB Type-C 2.0 together with sensor support such as an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass.

Conclusion

To be honest, if we look at the processor, the camera, the battery, or the display. As per my opinion, the smartphone is integrated with a powerful chipset that will perform well enough in terms of gaming and all-inclusive performance. On top of that, you don’t need to worry about the battery as well. It is pretty decent and can last for more than a day. It is indeed worth buying if you’re seeking something dynamic and reasonable at once.
